We import coffee from all over the world. But we create our blends and our single-origins by selecting only the best species of Arabica and Robusta, and only the best beans. Free from defects, but rich in taste.
Nothing is left to chance in the creation of our coffee. We control the quality of the product from plantation to cup. Taking advantage of the experience of our master roasters, but also of the efficiency of the latest technologies: such as our new roasting system, which carries out 20 checks per second.
We are present in 18 countries around the world. But we are close to every customer, wherever they are. We support our distributors by offering an excellent product, professional machines and attentive services, from consultancy to after-sales assistance, guaranteed by our internal workshop. Upon request, we can create tailored blends that reflect every kind of taste.
We combine economic growth with the utmost respect for environment and people. We use green systems, grow ethical coffee, develop recyclable packs and support solidarity projects. Like Miss Moka: Specialty Coffee produced with raw materials from plantations that respect women; created in collaboration with IWCA (International Women Coffee Association).
We grow students and baristas in our Trismoka Coffee School: an internal Academy which, in 20 years, has trained over 5000 baristas; and many Italian Champions, of coffee and Latte Art. The Trismoka Coffee School is also the first gym for baristas: in fact, it makes its workstations and professional equipment available to those who want, for hours of free training.
We are not only trainers of the best performers in Italy: we are also promoters of events dedicated to coffee, reserved for both the talents of today and those of tomorrow. Periodic appointments, which educate and entertain, and which over the years involve more and more professionals and schools.
